well, haggis is a Scottish delicacy of sheep offal and grain all stuffed into a skin - traditionally the sheep stomach. Yus I know it sounds horrid but it's lovely really. Neeps are turnips, which we in England call swede, 'tis a trifle confusing. Mashed taters can be part of the meal but they'd more likely called tatties in this instance. Haggis, neeps and tatties. A grand repast even for a Sassenach like me
