If this should occur in the future (hopefully not, though), take a small bowl of water filled about half full and nuke it for a minute or so. The condensation will loosen anything really stuck in there. It works great on expoded hardboiled eggs, which are horrible to clean.
I really don't like that it took me so long to finish my appointments today. I hated waiting! 
Instant gratification girl wants it NOW, dammit!
