I've been feeling like shit over the weekend and still not up to par, so I decided to call in sick today. I figured I'd be a couch potato and catch up on some of my recorded DVR shows and rest. So here I lay snuggling with my comfy blankie, and remote in hand.

All of a sudden my boy cat decides to play Tarzan and climb the damn Christmas tree. He's spazzing out running back and forth, ornaments on the floor, and trying to eat the fake pine needles.

I'm contemplating making some sort of barrier to go around the tree or even getting one of those gates, but he'll jump it. So much for me getting some rest. Not to mention this annoying cough..

Now he's sleeping sound, looking innocent and cute, like he didn't do a thing.
