Default Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band soundtrack

The year i got my first record player, Santa left several 45's and one album too, "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" soundtrack to the movie (i never saw the movie, and don't think i even knew what "soundtrack" meant). i would plug in that Barbie record player and play the album over & over, singing along. Years later, when i figured out The Beatles did a re-make of the album (well that's what i thought had happened), i decided i liked *my* versions better.

Here are some of my favorites from the album. Interestingly, i couldn't find the versions from the soundtrack, only the original versions done by The Beatles, so i've listed the singer(s) who were on my album.

Here Comes the Sun ~ Sandy Farina

Getting Better ~ Bee Gees & Peter Frampton (this is the actual song)

Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds ~ Dianne Steinberg and Stargard

The Long and Winding Road ~ Toto and Peter Frampton

Get Back ~ Billy Preston
