I don't remember who said it because I am not good at quoting, but it is true the more you put yourself out there, the better chances you will have...the worst anyone can do is say no (that goes for all of us, butch and femme).
It is interesting tho that a lot of us are very flirty in here and not so much in person...so establishing a connection in here is one way to go about possibly more, and if it doesn't work out I bet you get some pretty great friends from it.
