took all my snacks to work and gave them away Thursday. I kept all the healthy snacks. I've gotten off of my healthy eating and started snacking and eating ice cream and stuff like that daily, but I'm on a comeback now. Trying to straighten my bad habits back out into good habits.
One snack I will never give up is nacho's and cheese during football season.
