Welcome to the Planet, Euniique!!! Glad you made it here and I want to tell you how much I admire your courage in being so open and honest with your presence here. We've all been paying quite a bit of attention to the situation with overturning DADT and I don't think there's a one of us here who isn't 200% behind our GLBTQ brothers and sisters who are are currently serving and who have served proudly and worn the uniform.

I, personally, served as a Woman Marine from 1979 - 1981 (boot camp pic is in my gallery here), and was medically retired for health problems. I absolutely loved the Corps and am, to this very day, immensely proud of my service and my Corps. Young courageous Marines like you let me know that we passed the baton well!!! There's a few of us Marines on this site, too, so I think I can speak for all of us in telling you how happy we are to have another Marine amongst us......and one still in uniform!!!

Semper Fi to you, and know that you are, truly, in the company of Family.

~Theo~
