On tonight's dinner menu...
Garlic, peppercorn pork tenderloin (don't get excited, it is premarinated in the meat section)
Baked, diced red potatos with EVVO and rosemary.
Spinach salad with avocado, feta cheese & a raspberry vinagrette dressing.
Toasted french bread.
and a nice glass of Merlot to wash it down.
