Hi MountainStar, put on the headband so it's stretched properly, then run a very light bead of fabric glue (or superglue) along the bottom of the ears and put them in place. Hold them until they set-----BUT be careful, you don't want the glue soaking through to your hair! You might want to consider using plastic headbands instead of fabric ones to avoid the glue soak-through. Anyhow, if the headband is on your head when you glue the ears to it, you will get them in the right place.
