I have learned some battles are just not worth jumping into. I have learned that I should take care of me first. I have truly learned to love the little things in life. I have learned to keep toxic people as far away from me as possible. I have also learned if we take a stand, stand up for our rights change can happen. And a little cuppa

goes down good before bed.
