I made my famous "egg & ham bake" casserole in anticipation of tomorrow's breakfast (it's such a nice whole breakfast in a bowl, quick to warm up when on the go, kinda thing)....just pulled it outa the oven, with T-tiny chunks of taters, cheese, fresh garlic and low-salt ham.

But I can tell ya..... NOTHING, no matter how famous any dish is, NOTHING can match up to the YUMMY dinner that was served to me tonight!! I'm so full that I may not have room for tomorrow's breakfast!!
