Finding The house...

It's in the middle of the city, on a lot set back from the road... You have to walk up 14 stairs to get to the yard...(but there is parking in the back.. you would never have to go on the street.) It sets on two lots with wild out of control flower beds,trees of every kind... even an ever green or two... stone paths, a old brick bbq with seats on either sides, fruit trees, space for herb gardens, veggie gardens (I picked a tomato as a welcome gift to myself)stone borders around the gardens.. shady spots that are going to be perfect for benches and chairs... Spot for a fire pit in an alcove by the house, side work porch, front enclosed sun porch(with heat duct so it can be heated), french doors on all the bedrooms, hardwood in our bedroom, study alcove, BIG windows on the front and side of the house.. (the land lady had to make shades for them, they were too big for store bought) full basement with lil storage rooms and is PERFECT for my crafting...

It's perfect... and even better... heheheh.. none Mitmo's furnature will go with the house... oh nos honey... I hate that english cottage is more the flavor than stream line modern... shucks... you know how much I dislike english cottage... heheh... the thought of my big amazon in a chair covered with tea roses give me such a sadistic thrill...

I feel like the universe is giving me a gift for being so honest about what I needed... and it's given it too me... I haven't been this excited about something since I found my tree house...(and those that remember that, know how excited I was)

It feel like sanctuary... It feels like home...

I want it...
