Hmmm.. perhaps HELLO doesn't tell the person anything and your mood is what is making you feel like a burden.
How about try "Hello, I was thinking about you just now... when you have time, let's get together and xxx" fill in xxx with something you like to do OUTSIDE of your home. Get outside!!!!
