One of my comfort foods is a casserole that my Mom used to make....rice, cheddar cheese soup/milk & tuna.....but when I'm feelin' feisty (which is most days), I add jalapenos.......
I'm eating it now. It's cold and rainy. Tomorrow? Chili!
