I fed two stray cats tonight that I saw in a parking lot on my way home from school. My old roommate's cat, Athena was a rescue cat and I love her to death.

We rescued a baby turtle from the high school parking lot today (where it would almost certainly have been run over), and just went for a drive down to the park by the river to turn him loose. We thought about trying to make him into a pet, but he didn't seem impressed... when Scoote put him at the edge of the river he plopped right in and swam away |
