Realizing that I'm a little closer to one of my goals...

I have an app on my new phone that tracks my smoking, since I'm hoping to quit. I realize that for me, quitting cold turkey isn't the best option. I know myself well enough to know that I would "cheat" if I tried that method. I figured I would try cutting down, and then maybe go to patches or something if need be.

I realize when looking at the stats today, that in 2 days 22 hours and 41 minutes I have smoked 39 cigarettes. That is soooooo good when knowing that up until recently, I was smoking over 2 packs a day. I like seeing the numbers, and feeling that I am progressing along. Just one step closer to the goal.
