What made me smile today was a fue of the elders I take care of at the elder day care.Today a band came in to entertain them,the music was a varied type of jazz,rockabilly,motown,rock and roll ect.Most of them are just at the center day by day so we have a lot of activities to keep them buisey,but the band reached them like nothing we can do for them.They sang,got up and danced as they could,I saw more twinkles in the eyes and smiles in the faces of so many.Yes,music truely reaches the soul and brings back memories of days past.
