Laughs, I so relate to this. My Dr kept telling me to get out and walk to build up my back muscles, I asked him what part about "I can't walk more than 30 yards without excruiating pain did he not get?". So when the 2nd disc blew in my neck I mentioned my back to my neurosurgeon who looked at a cat scan I had done and said walking isn't going to help you, you have a severely herniated disc in your lower back, duh!
