I was in bed by 9 pn too CF the sleep apnea is not good and has me out like a light by 9 no fun at all. Then the dogs want out by 6:45 am and eating by 7 AM , I hope you get to feeling better, it must be a bad flu this year. Glad I got my flu shot two weeks ago and hope I don't get it but you never know do you.
