Talking to Mother this morning and hearing that the socks I specially ordered for her arrived yesterday and they fit!! This is what she wanted.....and I found for her:

She says that the soles are so thick, she doesn't have to wear her house slippers over them around the house.

I'm pretty tickled about being able to send her something she's really, really wanted.
