Oh, and as mentioned, I had leftover turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy for dinner tonight. I had a salad for lunch to offset.

I like tilapia because it's mild and a little sweeter than say, bass. I cannot stand that fishy smell and taste. I prefer my fish de-scented and tilapia is really good in that regard, plus it's super easy to cook, except when I forget the oven is still on and set at 400 degrees.
