Clearing my head listening to classical music. I just sort of space out and let my thoughts go where they wish. This is an amazing relaxation technique for me, and I have been doing it before and after work. When life is stressing me out, I normally put on headphones and lay down and let it take me over.

A purring kitty curled up on my lap and occasionally looking up at me with her big gold eyes.

Half-awake snuggling and kissing and burrowing under covers.
