She is going to watch my niece in the Christmas parade on Saturday in a wheelchair and apparently the woman who hit her, doesn't have insurance. So all of the medical bills will have to be paid my niece's mom, which stinks. I am hoping the drunk woman's baby is ok, no one knows anything him/her.
Have a good night,

Oh this is terrible news all the way around!!!!! I hope that she recovers quickly and fully!!!!! Maybe your friend could find out if the woman was driving her own car. If she was driving a loaned vehicle the owner could have insurance and they would be liable! Or perhaps the place where she was drinking; anyone who serves someone who gets drunk and behind the wheel can be held liable. If it was a bar all the better. But even if it was in another person's house they can be held liable for letting a drunk person get behind the wheel. Desperately thinking of ways for your friend to recup her losses!!!
I feel so sorry about that baby! What a way to come into the world; drunk through not fault of your own and being in an accident too!
Do you feel good about the test? Crossing fingers!!!
