I had pork ribs too, but I had nothing to do with the prep. I ate out! 
Pork loin, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, bbq sauce, a bite of Organic's banana pudding and all of his whipped cream and my own piece of sweet potato pecan pie. Yummy!
