Hey Austin,
the Oiley Beauhunk and I are hosting a New Year's Eve party. Wanna come?
We'll have champagne and snacks, you can bring what you want to drink if you want more than a couple (few) glasses of champagne.

Oh, we'll also have chocolate mint martini makins (ahem, Blush/Goof)

We don't want anyone driving home if they've had more than a couple drinks, or if they're afraid of all the drunks on the road that night. We have plenty of comfy sleeping room plus air mattress and sleeping bags, so bring your toothbrush (and maybe give us a heads up) if you think you might want to make it a sleepover. Hey, we even have extra toothbrushes. You can be pretty sure they haven't been used for some heinous cleaning task.
