Homemade turkey tacos that are really wraps since we don't buy taco shells anymore. Lean turkey with bell peppers, onions and taco seasoning on a layer of light sour cream and hot sauce, which...for Organic...is then dusted with a finely shredded cheese blend. No cheese for me.

I'm also cooking slow cooked ribs in the oven. They'll be great tomorrow!
