Homemade chocolate chip cookies sound very yummy right now!!!
I have used the Jiffy mix and yes it is good.
Have a good night and hopefully this cold weather isn't causing Scoote's back to hurt.

Glad you like that Pillsbury bread Zimmy It really is good. I usually bake from scratch, but I found that I like those mixes better than my own quick breads. The only other mix I use is Jiffy corn bread...which is super cheap, and better than homemade (I think).
I've got some over-ripe bananas in the freezer, so will be making some banana cake pretty soon...and Scoote got me the gigantic bag of chocolate chips at BJ's...so probably some chocolate chip cookies as well. 
We just got back from dinner out...and I'm stuffed full of Reuben and cole slaw....yummy.
