Good evening everyone, and hope you all had a good day.

I had a weird eye doctor appointment this morning, then tried to get some work done while I was sneezing and coughing.

Tonight is prime rib (cuz it's easy and was in the freezer) and baked potatoes....probably some green beans as well.

Early to bed again tonight...trying to shake this bug.

So sorry you are sick again hope you feel better soon Jo and the prime rib sounds great, its easy to cook really I never cooked it before its too much food for me just one person but the baked potatoes sound great!! have a nice night...
