You are such a Goof!!!
"cucumber something or another and some OTHER stuff rolled up" ??? I swear you are spoiled!! (I'm glad to have someone appreciate my cooking again... I miss my son saying "MOM, you're a GOOD cook!"..... but next time you want "something or another and other stuff", I'll send ya down to the Wagon Wheel to get a plate of moosh and goo! LOL) Spoiled I tell ya!
Too bad I didn't make enough to go back for seconds!!?
It was a beautiful, warm, sunny day.... I couldn't let it go without using my famous Weber grill!!
My very yummy and famous grilled garlic portabellas and fresh cucumber salad (marinated in 1/3 cup of sugar and 1/3 cup of white vinegar, chilled ice cold) made awesome side dishes to the Steak Pinwheels stuffed with minced fresh baby spinach, garlic and cheese, marinated in a peppercorn dressing.
I must admit, for the first time ever making those pinwheels.... I was IMPRESSED!! and wish I'd made extra! They were melt in your mouth tender and all the flavors went well together so nicely, especially the cool, crunchy cucumbers to complement the peppercorn steak.

That was certainly worth sharing!
I'll post pictures and pinwheel recipe later.
