I confess....
after REALLY enjoying a wonderful meal....
I'm about to raid the little wee-mini cheesecakes!! 2, 3...maybe 4? one of each flavor?
I confess, it's only food and not medicine, but all that chocolate, raspberry sauce and cheesecake (even if they are tiny) will make me feel better.
I confess to comfort binge eating...something I used to get after my mom about.
