Good afternoon everyone
Well Scoote and the Prince are both napping....Rooster is playing new games....I finally got in touch with my friend Annie....the ham is baking, as are the sweet potatoes...and I'm getting hungry!
The menu for dinner is baked ham, sweet potatoes (baked with butter, brown sugar and orange juice), mashed potatoes, sweet corn and fresh green beans. If I get ambitious this evening I'll be making a fresh lemon meringue pie for my sweetie (haven't made one in ages....)
Santa was good to me....a spa day with massage, facial and mani/pedi, a bottle of Baileys, a talking Tinkerbelle for the dash of my car, an avocado tree to plant in the front yard, Tinkerbelle pj's, a stocking full of naughty goodies that I'll have to eat in moderation.....yes, life is good today.
