Good morning everyone
Thank you Zimmy...we're heading towards the airport later this afternoon to get the Rooster headed back to NY. He's happy to be seeing his granny, dad and "sister"....and he's a brand new uncle at the age of 13....so he's excited to see his nephew who's only a week old.
I'm nervous about putting him on the plane alone, but it's a non-stop flight and we get to take him right to the gate, so I'm sure he'll be fine. He's not worried at all, of course. All I need to do is get him packed and ready...and his father is going to have to bring his snow gear to the airport since it's only about 20 degrees up there and snow on the ground.
It's windy here today...Mabel can't decide if she wants to be outside or in.

Looks like she's settled on cuddling in with the Prince, who is still asleep.
We thought about getting up early this morning and going to the beach, but didn't make it. Yesterday afternoon, we all went to the dog beach with Shadow...had a wonderful walk and some of the best seashell hunting we've had....came home with bags of whelks and many others, including some rare finds. I just love the seashell hunting...and how fun to be able to do that on Christmas day!
