When someone pulls out in front of you IN THE RAIN! I mean, come on, are you REALLY gonna' get there any faster?

Someone applying mascara while driving. THIS scares me! There is NO way you are paying attention to the road!

Going slow in the fast/passing lane. Grrrrrr!
