link for calculating how many Weight Watchers points you're allowed each day...and it's easy.
The best part? I get 26 points, not 25.....wooooooooo hooooooo!
I also found another
link to a calculator that tells you how many extra points you can earn by exercising...so every brisk half hour walk gives me 2 more points. Love it! Now that's incentive to put on my walking shoes.
