We have around 5" of snow so far and it's not over yet. They just closed I-30 from Little Rock to Dallas, and I've been on the phone all evening with my medical staff updating our plan for staffing three of our clinics tomorrow! Yes, some places never close, and some of us still have to work in this mess! <--- not

And temps aren't supposed to get above freezing tomorrow.
