Scoote and I had our wellness screening for health insurance today...that part didn't make me smile...cuz it involved a nurse coming to our house at 8 a.m....weighing, measuring and doing a blood test.
What made me smile was knowing that I work for an awesome company...and that she gets the same benefits and insurance that I do...just on my say so that we are partners. And that my insurance okayed the MRI she has been trying to get for months (and which her insurance keeps denying).
And...I smiled bigger when I did the well-being assessment questions online...and saw that this year the company will deposit $500 each into our HSA accounts...just for doing the assessment and the screening.
