Before I met my current partner, I remember realizing that if I ended up in a new relationship I wanted it to be with somebody who is nurturing and kind and good to me. Up until then, sweetness didn't make the top 5 traits in what I was attracted to. I had to be in a place to want that, and now I have that and it's wonderful.
