Western NC is still getting hammered. I can't even see the tires on my car. Local news is calling for up to 12" today with an additional 8" overnight into tomorrow. Current temp is 14 degrees with a wind chill of -8.

I may never get myself dug out of this mess. SOOOOO not happy that I will be missing another weekend with my Pajara and also missing an outing with MrSunshine...

At least I'm learning not to plan and get my hopes up. It seems to treat me better that way. I'm figuring I might see you around Valentines Day, and if I get to see you more then it's just lagniape (and no that's not another of my made-up words). But it does still stink.

Not to de-rail, here it's chilly with snow on the ground and still falling a little, but the main roads are cleared. So we are not suffering from cabin fever just yet.
