Getting a surprise call from my boss this morning....
She received a message from HR that my meeting with the Medical Director had worked out all the "glitches" with my health check and that she was very happy to welcome me on board.
But.... the BEST part of her call was, after orientation, she has assigned me to an office that is VERY near home because she trusts me and my extensive knowledge of the Program to work independently as much as possible!! That means I don't have to drive ALL the way to Charlotte every day!!
She re-arranged employee assignments so the other new girl reports to Charlotte so the boss "can focus more on her training" and sent me to the County Office so I can start working immediately with the other Coordinators.
15 minutes from home!!! And a smooooooth, easy country drive!!




All that fight this week really paid off!!!

Woohoo, that's so awesome!! Congrats to you again! That commute will definitely be easier than going back and forth to Charlotte everyday!
