Ooops was reminded that I should probably be a little more clear:
Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Sandwich Really means:
Vegeterian bacon (and made some organic turkey no nitrate bacon too)
Organic Tomato
Arugala
w/homemade "mayo" dressing
on Sprouted organic bread
Fruit Cup Really means:
Diced fresh berries
agave nectar
granola
