Default In memory of a great film score composer....

The great John Barry, composer of many award winning movie film scores, passed away on January 30, 2011. I have so loved his work over the years, and losing this great composer will be felt by many, many fans, including myself.

Here's to John Barry and his memorable works:

....and my most favorite John Barry composition from one of my most favorite movies of all time, Out of Africa (1985), starring Meryl Streep and Robert Redford.

Rest in Peace, Mr. Barry, and thank you for all of the wonderful music all these years.
