I really think that this is strong point for looking at the BIG picture. It isn't about "did I lose x pounds
this week?" or "am I x percent stronger
this week?" This is real life, fluctuations will happen, but keeping an eye on the long view of taking care of and responsibility for yourself is what is paramount.
There are some great tools out there now that make this easier than ever. Whatever eating/exercising plan you are on, whichever tracking tools/devices you like; finding the right combination for you as an individual can make things a lot simpler and actually enjoyable. Pick a hobby, "health", and make it fun.
