It was "time to clean out the fridge....it's leftover night" at our house...
The Prince had the last of the lasagna (sorry honey!) and broccoli...at his request
Rooster had chicken taquitos (he loves them...in corn tortillas) and broccoli
I had the last pork chop and the last of the mashed potatoes...and broccoli
For tomorrow...the chickens (from last night's baked chicken) are simmering. Later tonight I'll separate the good meat out, and put the broth in the fridge overnight so I can skim off the fat...and make Rooster's favorite cream of chicken with rice soup.
