1. I would seek out and hire all the top scientists, mathmaticians, and other intellects to help solve our problems.

2. I would immediately stop all congressmen, senate members, and others who promote themselves raises at 3am, and get golden parachutes when they retire. Not on my watch.

3. If American companies are outsourcing, they would be hit with heavy taxes, and other incentives to keep working our countrymen.

4. Prisoners would be working full time. No more free loading on tax dollars for food, shelter, healthcare, clothing, and so on. They would be out building bridges, fixing roads/expressways/highways, and there would be no litter on the ground.

5. If someone is in a Federal Prison, that person would not have a country club lifestyle. They would be out working.

6. The vets who have fought in any of the wars would be given a free pass. They need to be welcomed home with open arms. The vets would be given anything and everything they need to retire.

7. The US would end it's dependence on oil. We would focus on being "green". We would also stop being the world's police dept. We would just take care of ourselves.

8. The education system is broken. I would give all teachers, aids, principals, and so on raises, pensions, and so on. Private schools and public schools would be on the same level. All students would learn how to use the computer, and all the new electronic media to ensure they will have jobs in the future.

9. America will allow everyone to enter. However, they have to do paperwork and work. Nobody is illegal as the bumper sticker says. I also would ensure that the paperwork was easier. Do it once and that is it.

10. Free healthcare for all US citizens. No more stories about those going bankrupt because of a health problem or surgery or having a chronic condition. Everyone will have access to it. No waiting lists to see a doctor. Immediate attention.

11. Farming will be encouraged & supported.

12. Taxes - flat tax for all to start off with. The entire tax system will be redone. No more taxing of inheritance, and other bullshit means. No more of the wealthy getting wealthier and the poor getting poorer.

13. Abortions are to be determined by the person themself. No gov't or medical community involvement. Also, trans surgeries/hrt/etc. will be allowed without jumping thru hoops.

14. Civil unions are out, and I would make gay marriage legal. It would be a Federal Law.

15. Social Services will be run by mothers - thank you Passi!

16. The US will start to manufacture cars, vehicles, and what not that the world needs. The people who I sought out and hired will find means to end horrific storms like Katrina. In the meantime, N.O. will be rebuilt entirely on my watch. The Corps of Engineers who built the water walls, and break walls will work with my staff in creating new structures for areas as such (so they never happen again).

17. Cancer will be a disease of the past. In the meantime, pot will be legalized for those who have various diseases or whatever and need it. It will be treated like cigarettes/cigars/and other tobacco items.
