Getting on the scale after eating healthier for a few weeks (a salad once to twice a day, LOTS of water, no soda, a rare fried food or sweet and in moderation) and finding I've lost 11 pounds
Pedometers came in the mail today - used points I gained at work for logging food and exercise (they have a program to help their employees with their health like offering the food journal, exercise log, health risk assessment, free coaching for quitting smoking AND they pay for you gum/patches) to buy them, so essentially my hard work for me two free pedometers
