ya know...... i take zinc ... and gargle a lot with listerine when im feeling sick like that... plain asprin, some won ton soup.. fresh made its loaded with chicken stock, and some gingerale.. hope this helps and hope you get to feeling better soon.
think its time for me to cover my windows and get my jammies on.. since im in for the night
