Sometimes the best way to contribute to a more peaceful world is simply to let love pour from your heart. Even the smallest of gestures can shine a light on someone in such a way that it can heal them, & sometimes you are doing nothing at all but letting love flow to that person, or just out into the world, forgetting for a moment all the things that seem wrong.
