i confess ..

- my vacation is near over, and although i wasn't as good to myself as i'd planned, i was not bad to myself either, so i'll celebrate that!

- i WILL, however, implement my plan to be good to myself, as an everyday thing, and find one good thing each day to do for me, because i deserve it.

- my vacation was about reconnecting with family & loved ones, quality time with someone that has become a vital part of my everyday♥ & ensuring my Nanny G is settling well in her new home and spending time with her so she does so with ease....

- i own an electric can opener that is exactly one year and one month old...almost everyday, i try to USE said can opener, but i think it must come with secret code, be darned if i can use it... my children have tried to show me, my mother has tried one day when she was over...it just HATES me.. the can opener is on the island counter, not far from window... i also confess the can opener gets closer and closer to the window.. and one day, i WILL push it the frig OUT and i will smile watching it fall to its 2 story death and will take great pleasure in watching each tiny piece that helped this sucker torment me for over a year now, break apart!!

- i am craving poutine lately...(fries, cheese, gravy)... but i'm being a good girl....

- i am not much of a restaurant eat out kinda girl.. i love home cooking & baking, and really enjoy doing so... i do, love restaurants for evenings out once in awhile...being able to dress up and be treated, is a wonderful thing...

- i do not mop my floors..i am a hands and knees washing 'em kinda girl.. i'm a bit of a clean freak.. i do own a mop, but its more used for quick spills and the front stairs... but even so, it's rarely used for that anymore...i also rarely use my dishwasher...only when i'm working alot and really busy...i actually love & enjoy doing housework..
