today, i will not challenge my inner bully, and will lay her to peace.. i will find beauty in all things around me, including within...appreciate the small things which lead me to great joys, and enjoy the peace & content within, because it's what my days are about... i deserve this & will pay it forward, the positivity.. i am a beautiful being on the path to a healthier, happier me !
