I had a large salad,with romain lettus,chery tomatos,green and black olives,cukecumbers slices,red bell bepper juliane strips.With homemade rasberry venagarett dressing. Hard boiled egg quartered on the side...was so good.No carbs...one more day with out carbs is hard, but doable.
